Clear Coat: To meet the diverse needs of our customers, we offer three grades of high-performance varnish: the economic, standard, and high solid content types. Each variant boasts high hardness, gloss, and resistance to alcohol. When applied over a 1K base coat, our clear coat provides superior protection, durability, and brightness. Achieve a crystal-clear shine and smooth finish with just two coats applied via the wet spray technique.

 

Hardener: Our varnish line offers high-quality, anti-yellowing solutions. Available in Economic, Standard, and High Solid Content (HS) variations, as well as Fast Dry, Standard, and Slow Dry models, it caters to diverse needs. Compatible with 2K tinters, 2K ready-mixed paint, and clear coats, our products ensure exceptional results.

 

Thinner: Our thinner selection encompasses Fast Dry, Standard, and Slow Dry variants, tailored to different drying speeds. Suitable for 2K paint, 1K paint, clear coat, 2K primer, and more, it facilitates excellent dissolution and enhances bonding for superior results.

 

SURFACE PREPARATION:

1. Ensure the surface is thoroughly cleaned, free from dust, grease, and oil.
2. Prior to clear coat application, sand old varnish surfaces with 1200-grit sandpaper for optimal adhesion.

Coating Application Guidelines:

Number of Coats & Thickness: Apply 2-3 coats with a thickness of 40-60 μm.
Flash Time: Allow 5-10 minutes between coats.
Application Method: Use a spray gun.

For sample order, we'll suggest you ship by DHL, TNT or air. They are the most fast and convenient shipping ways. To keep the goods in good condition, there will be wood frame outside the carton box.
Sea shipping
For LCL shipment volumes over 1.5 CM or full containers, we'll suggest shipping by sea. It is the most economical mode of transport. For LCL shipment, normally we will put all the goods on the pallet, besides, there will be plastic film wrapped outside the goods.

1. Does the system contain recipes for the different OEM color formulas? 

Yes, please note that the system has contained all the recipes for the car auto market, for example, Nissan, Honda, Toyota, Ford, Chrysler, Fiat, Citroen, etc. 

2. Is the color formula software is on a CD for the distributor?
Yes, we have an app for phones and Android, a PC version for Windows, and webpage online version of the formula retrieval system.

3. Can the color codes be updated online?
Our color code is updated every day, and it is synchronized with the server in real time. We have more than 20 colorists working on it.  

4. Do you offer a mixing machine and color chips?
Yes, we do, it depends on the order quantity.Our products require a large number of  mixing machines and color chips.

5. Does the system -2K have RAL formulas?
Yes, we do have the RAL formulas.

6. Is the system 1K mixing ratio 1: 1?
Yes, Toner (pigments): Thinner=1:1 (vol)

7. Is it possible to send samples of toner, clear coat, primers, and polyester putty?
Yes, we can offer some samples for you to do a sample testing
