Mixing paint:

Construction method:
Spraying: Use a spray gun to spray the prepared paint evenly on the surface of the car, keep the distance between the spray gun and the surface at 15-20 cm, move the spray gun at a uniform speed, generally need to spray 2-3 layers, each layer interval 10-15 minutes.
Brushing: For small area repairs or special parts, you can use a brush to brush, but the effect of brushing may not be as uniform as spraying.
Drying and curing:
Natural drying: At room temperature, let the paint surface dry naturally. The drying time is long, generally more than 24 hours. During the drying process, avoid dust and debris falling on the paint surface.
Baking and drying: Professional paint baking equipment can be used for baking. The baking temperature is generally 60-70 degrees Celsius and the baking time is 30-40 minutes. It can speed up the curing speed of the paint surface and improve the construction efficiency.
The construction environment should be well ventilated to avoid the volatilization of organic solvents in the paint and cause harm to the human body.
Mix the paint strictly according to the proportion specified by the product to avoid adding too much or too little curing agent to affect the performance of the paint surface.

We purchase raw materials from high-quality suppliers and select high-strength and temperature-resistant paper as the base material.
