| Process:: | The spraying process uses wet spraying to spray 2 to 3 layers on the surface of the substrate. Pay attention to leaving 5 to 10 minutes of evaporation time between each two layers. After spraying, the paint film needs to stand for 10 to 15 minutes. Then bake. Thickness in dry film state: 35~50 microns | ||
Spraying operation:
Spray with an airbrush: Pour the mixed 2K automotive paint into the paint cup of the airbrush.
Keep the distance between the spray gun and the vehicle surface even, usually at a distance of 20-30 cm, to ensure even coverage of the coating. Multiple coats of spraying are usually required, with appropriate drying time between each coat. This ensures a smooth and even coating.
After applying the final coat of paint, wait for the coating to cure according to the paint manufacturer's recommendations. This usually takes some time to ensure the coating is completely dry and cured.
