Preparation work required for spray painting
First, make sure the vehicle's surface is clean, smooth, and free of grease, dust, or other dirt. Vehicle surfaces can be washed with car wash and cleaner and sanded with fine sandpaper to remove any old paint or blemishes.
Cover and protect: Before starting work, use plastic sheeting or special coverings to cover non-painted parts of the vehicle, such as windows, tires and lights, to prevent paint from spilling into areas that should not be painted.
Apply Base Coat: Pour 2K Pure White Automotive Paint Base Coat into a spray gun or brush and thin (if necessary) according to manufacturer's recommendations and instructions. Then, apply the base paint evenly over the vehicle's surface, maintaining a consistent coating thickness.
Drying and Sanding: Allow the base paint to dry and cure according to the paint manufacturer's recommendations. Once the base paint is completely dry, lightly sand the coating using fine sandpaper to achieve a smooth surface.
Mix 12X Hardener: After the base paint is completely dry, add 12X Hardener from 2K Pure White Automotive Paint to the base paint and mix well and thin (if necessary).

Drying and Polishing: Allow the coating to dry and cure, waiting the appropriate time according to the manufacturer's instructions. Once the coating is dry, it can be polished for a smooth, shiny finish.
