Organic solvents such as xylene, etc. are widely used to dilute automotive paint. They have good solubility and volatility and can effectively dilute the paint to a concentration suitable for spraying. However, you need to pay attention to safety measures when working with organic solvents and ensure that you operate in a well-ventilated environment.
In addition to diluting the paint's concentration, additives and conditioners are sometimes needed to improve the finish and properties. For example, rheology modifiers can adjust the viscosity and fluidity of paint fluids for better spray performance. Additives such as anti-sedimentants, antioxidants and desiccants can improve the quality and durability of the paint film.
Instructions:
1. Ratio of paint and curing agent: add according to 2:1 or 15% to 20%, and diluent can be added.
